Chaos; HEAd is an anime finished airing in 2008. It was a huge letdown due to its poor directing and storytelling, where it gets worse each episode. Not to mention the censorship in this supposedly gruesome anime, but this creates an unintentional joke in final episode where a ‘false angle’ can make cause misunderstanding.
Summary: The original game’s premise revolves around a high school student, Takumi Nishijō, who unknowingly walks into the scene of a gruesome murder on his way home. More mysterious events starts happening afterwards as more gruesome murders occurs in the area. Takumi struggles to cope with reality and the delusions he experiences as he tries to avoid being getting caught by the perpetrator behind the chain of murders.
In the final episode,

they screw up the main character..
pic 04: the screen pans upwards.. notice where the stake went into the hero?

From this angle the stake seems like going up into his ass rather than stabbing him in the chest.. My goodness, that’s one serious flaw..

Yes… desperate situation and excitement when the stake went up his ass? *laughs*
